They promised to ship it to me in 16 weeks and I did not need to check back because they will call me before shipping it out. So I placed a special order on at LAS VEGAS Store but still haven't received it yet. Just something to consider when choosing between going direct vs used. Prices on most items are now almost same as retail prices at the CH stores, especially after fees and shipping etc. One last thing to note - these highly reputable secondary market stores have raised their prices quite a bit last few months and Japanese yen has rebounded somewhat. I would personally not deal with places like Vinted, 99% of Grailed sellers (unless I know them personally), etc. Most of my CH pieces were purchased directly from CH and Twist (which used to be CH's Authorized retailer back in the mid 2000s) but I also have purchased a few pieces from Rinkan and Allu Japan before (most came with original receipts and packaging). Same concept still applies though when used - go with most highly reputable stores and avoid listings that are too good to be true. I also recommend everyone to shop directly whenever possible as well or via authorized retailers listed on CH's website but in reality, that is not always practical or economical. Without secondary market, brands cannot sustain their success. One thing I would note is that it is very common for luxury brands to have (and it is a must) well established market for used items. While this is a great reminder (and I totally agree).
